Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo Makes Unexpected Stop at Neurospark FC Training, Donates ₦1 Million

An ordinary training session turned into an unforgettable moment for Neurospark FC when His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, unexpectedly stopped by while the team was training.

The Governor took time to meet the players and technical team, congratulating them on their recent achievement and commending their unity, commitment and dedication to football.

Neurospark FC recently secured promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL), earning a place in the second tier of Nigerian football and becoming the only NNL club currently representing the Federal Capital Territory.

Speaking to the team, Governor Ododo expressed his appreciation for the players and everyone working together to build the club.

He encouraged the team to remain committed to their ambitions, noting the importance of young people coming together and creating positive opportunities through sport.

The moment became even more memorable when the Governor presented Neurospark FC with a ₦1,000,000 donation in support of the club.
